The goal in the living room was to provide a good mix of new and vintage furniture, round and square shapes, neutral and colorful textiles. The wall above the fireplace acts as a screen and allows the homeowners to project different pieces of art or a film.
The kitchen sits as the anchor between the living room, and the dining room. A large island acts as a space to layout food and drinks for family and friends.
Works by Charles Gaines and Michael Light turn a hallway into a home gallery.
A piece by Wolfgang Tillmans sits to the right of the primary suite entry.
The views from the primary bed extend over the Mission District in San Francisco. A work by Keith Haring kicks off the room’s color palette.
The 4th floor bar is where guests can get hand crafted cocktails served to them while enjoying the hosts company, and the view.
The home office has a large dining table acting as a desk. Big enough to lay out current work projects and look over architectural plans.
The media room on the fist level is the perfect place for late night movies, popcorn, and games. A photograph by Buck Ellison adds humor and color to the space.
